Zencount is multi-entity by design. Each entity (a subsidiary or legal unit) carries its own functional currency and accounting standard, so a group with companies in several countries plans correctly from day one — not as an afterthought.
What an entity carries
- Functional currency — the currency its numbers live in.
- Country / accounting standard — context for reporting.
- Its own slice of every version’s numbers and headcount.
Plan per entity, read the group
Pick an entity on the planning and dashboard screens to work on just that company, or view the group total. Headcount cost always follows the entity’s functional currency.
Entity is a first-class dimension, so you can also scope a colleague to a single entity — see how your data is protected.
